This policy explains how dlasceny.pl processes personal data of organizers and ticket buyers under the GDPR (RODO).
Data controller
The dlasceny.pl platform is the controller of the personal data processed through it. Contact: kontakt@dlasceny.pl.
What we collect
Organizer email and account data; buyer email and order/ticket data; technical data such as IP address and browser; payment data processed by Stripe.
Why and legal basis
To provide accounts, sell and deliver tickets and run events (contract, art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); to meet legal/accounting duties (art. 6(1)(c)); analytics and marketing only with your consent (art. 6(1)(a)).
Recipients
Stripe (payments and payouts), our email provider (ticket and login emails), and — only with marketing consent — advertising tools chosen by the organizer.
Retention
Account and order data for as long as needed to provide the service and meet accounting obligations; consent records for proof of consent.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent at any time, plus the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
